Members shall engage in ethical conduct of their services so that maximum fair trade occurs.
Our home care agency’s bylaws and policies shall reflect cooperation between the administrator and staff. The administrator shall abide by the agency’s bylaws and policies and display dynamic and progressive growth.

The cost per visit shall include only legitimate expenses.
The medical equipment sold or rented to a client shall be provided at the lowest possible cost consistent with quality, quantity, and timeliness.
The salaries and benefits of the provider and administrative staff shall be consistent with the size, responsibility, and geographic location of the agency.
The provider shall not engage in “kick-backs” or “pay-offs.”
The agency’s published oral and written statements will honestly and fairly represent services, benefits, costs, and agency capability.
When the agency promotes its services to the public through the media, it shall include the agency-specific information, as well as information that is descriptive of home care and home care agency services in general.
