What We Offer
As caregivers, we offer personalized programs that could include any of the following services:
Residential Habilitation Through Personal Care In Alternative Individualized Apartment Settings Or Host Home Support Living (IRSS):
Individual in-home care and support available in a wide variety of living arrangements. This service is designed to meet the individual’s unique needs for support, guidance, and habilitation.
Day Habilitation Community Support & Educational Opportunities:
Individuals will be given training, support, and activities that will help them maximize their functional abilities. The purpose of this service is to help individuals achieve independence and develop the skills needed to transition into their communities.
Non-medical Transportation
Available for all activities (grocery shopping, doctor’s appointments, etc.)
Supported Living Services (SLS)
Providing support to adults who need help with activities of daily living (ADL).
Support Services For Children (CES)
All services are personalized based on the child’s needs. The goal is to help the child maintain a safe and happy home environment.
Basic And Enhanced Homemaker Services
Includes light housekeeping, meal preparation, and other activities. All assistance is performed in the individual’s home.

Amid the national crisis of COVID-19, AIM has made it a priority to ensure the health and safety of all staff, clients, and members of the community.
